Herd Share
We are milking our beautiful jersey, Ginseng, aka Ginny. She is A2A2 beta casein and produces delicious creamy milk. We will have other cows calving throughout the year but for now she is the only girl enrolled in our herd share program, so the shares are limited. Eggs from our chickens, whom are free to graze on our property. They get a great diet of Non-GMO, Corn free, and Soy free feed. Each dozen is weighed to validate that they are 24 oz or more. Mostly brown or blue. They wiped clean in new cartons made of recycle paper pulp.

Red Wattle hogs raised in pasture on a rotation every 10 days. Fed any left over skim milk, what ever pecans, walnuts, and acorns they root up, and our diet of Non-GMO, Corn free, and Soy free feed. They produce tender, flavorful, and savory meant that has a rich flavor profile that's different from other types of pork. Picked up at the butcher.

Honey harvested by our very own bees. Not cut/diluted. 100% raw honey. We let our bees roam and do not treat them with chemicals of any kind. Varroa mite treatments are performed with a heat based method. We harvest sparingly so that we never have to feed our bees sugar water.
