Our turkeys are mixed heritage breeds, mostly consisting of heritage Black Spanish Turkeys. They are also known as The Norfolk Black or Black Turkey.

The breed is renowned for it's exceptional flavor, far surpassing the bland flavor of today's factory-bred turkeys.

Our turkeys are free to graze on our property. They also get a great supplemental diet of Organic, Non-GMO, Corn free, and Soy free feed. When we hatch we usually get more toms than we can sustain. These are up for purchase to do as you see fit.
