Ours starts with organic beans split by hand and tucked into small glass bottles filled with clean, organic alcohol so the flavor can bloom slowly.

Use it in ice cream, coffee creamer, or your favorite baked goods.

We recommend you take some out of the bottle and store in another. Then refill it with your choice of organic alcohol. It takes several months of steeping, but the beans will keep giving and the flavor will evolve.
