These are fertilized chicken eggs from our mixed-breed flock, carefully collected and handled with hatching in mind. Each dozen includes a natural assortment of eggs, reflecting the variety and hardiness of our birds.

Hatch rates are influenced by many factors once the eggs leave our hands, but with proper handling and incubation, we typically see a 70 to 80 percent hatch rate.

These eggs are best suited for folks who understand the process, respect the variables, and are ready to do the work that turns potential into chicks.

Important!

Because hatching eggs are living, delicate things, they require special care before pickup, please select a pickup date at lease 48 hours out so we can gather, rest, and prepare your eggs properly for the best possible start in your incubator. 

We usually can sustain gathering 1 dozen per day and do not keep a back-stock except during spring time.

Eggs must be incubated within 10 days of gathering.
